  I had hoped for this to be a new spot on the lake but unfortunately after visiting Blue Water, it will even be on my list to eat when at Center Hill. A big group of my friends spend the weekends out on the lake and this weekend we went to Blue Water at 6:00pm. Our waitress was sweet and the crowd seemed like good people but my friends canceled their food after waiting 3 hours. I did not want to cancel because I was assuming it would surely be out soon. I asked for a status of my order and they said another 20 minutes. This was very shocking to me. I really wanted to express this to the manager. When she came to our table to was as rude as can be. I work in the hospitality and customer service industry so this really disappointed me. She acted like over 3 hours to wait was normal. She said by the time the food was placed it was technically 2 hours and 45 min from when we got our food. How is that ok?
  We had to pay $30 a person to end up taking our food to-go.
  I am not happy with the long wait but even more not happy with the managers very poor attitude and service. She should not be in the service industry and is the reason we will not be back at this restaurant and will let our lake friends know as well. I would love to express more details with upper management because I am sure they are interested in knowing about the service at their establishment.

  Food was delicious, Server was great, and the atmosphere was awesome! Seating was difficult to obtain, and the wait was about an hour for food - considering we had a group of 15, that's not terrible, but still a little slow. Because of the great food and "casual" feel, four stars. Tea was delicious as well.
